Questions instructors ask

Which qualifications do you accept?

We check every instructor's qualification by hand before a profile goes live. To teach in France, the professional sports-educator card (carte professionnelle d'éducateur sportif) is compulsory; if you are qualified in another European country, the Eurotest is compulsory to obtain the equivalence. Send your professional card (photo or PDF) when you create your profile. If you are unsure, write to us before signing up.

Can I teach in several countries?

Yes, you can add resorts in different countries. Each country has its own rules: in France the professional sports-educator card is compulsory (plus the Eurotest for instructors from another European country); elsewhere a local authorisation may be needed. Check before you teach: we cannot give legal advice.

How do I get paid?

The client pays online when booking. Stripe sends your earnings to your bank account every week or every two weeks, and your invoice is generated for you. Prices are in euros for now.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no subscription or hidden fee: we only take a 10% commission on the lessons that are actually booked.
